Arch's manslaughter trial begins, but he chooses to attend to the victims of the bus accident instead. Unable to stay away from the hospital after hearing about the collision on the news, Macy returns to help with the accident victims. Wayne and Gosia disagree on whether to inform the police about a young girl who was used as a drug mule. For failing to appear in court, Arch has his bail revoked and is remanded in custody
