Asking LAW BUN to develop the photos for him, KAI-YIU reveals that he is helping FONG-YING in preparation of her concert scheduled to be held by the end of the year. KAI-YIU hopes that TING-NGA will not compete with FONG-YING regarding the venue booking, but TING-NGA refuses to give in. LAW BUN's landlord Mr. YEUNG decides to emigrate to Australia, so he suggests selling the property of the Upstairs Photo Studio to LAW BUN at a 30% off discount rate.
