LILY tells KELLY that eating sweet food will bring her a girl, so she eats all kinds of sugary food. She is diagnosed with carrying twins, which delights MARCO. ATHENA and KELLY meet a client Mrs. CHAN. When she finds out that KELLY is pregnant, she asks ATHENA to offer her seat to KELLY. She also reminds KELLY of all the precautions during pregnancy, which annoys ATHENA. KELLY wants to quit her job in order to take care of the babies herself, but MARCO worries about their finances if she quits.
